  • Grow is for early-stage female founders in climate who are looking to raise $25,000 - $250,000 to continue growing their venture.

  • Applicants must have a solution or solution concept with demonstrated traction. They must also have a legal entity for their business or nonprofit or plan to set up a legal entity over the course of the program.

  • Grow is a self-paced program is designed for women, by women, and is focused on empowering women to collaborate together to dream, ideate, experiment, and build a better future for all. You will learn, you will connect with an engaged community, and most importantly, you will take tangible steps to create your fundraising strategy, craft and practice your pitch.

  • Since GROW is a self-paced program, we recommend setting aside a specific time each week that works well for you to make steady progress. This time may include joining interactive workshops, listening to experts in the climate space, working on your fundraising strategy or pitch, and meeting 1:1 with your accountability buddy.
